Tim Hershberger founded Image Excellence in 2007 because he saw a niche that was not being served by other marketing companies. Typically small business owners have to use a seperate printer and website designer for their marketing needs. This causes confusion, overpayment and additional stress for the small business owners who are simply trying to make their business look more professional. Unlike other ,"marketing companies" we focus strictly on small business owners and are looking to estabalish long term relationships with our clients. We have developed a team of customer service specialist, website designers, graphic designers, and a team of sales representatives ready to assist you! Tim was raised in Clearwater Florida and received his bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from Florida State University in 2001.Tim is married to Jaime and they have two daughters, Alysia and Juliet. |

Kassie Carpenter- Project Coordinator
Kassie was raised in St. Pete, Florida and relocated with her family to Belleville Illinois in 2006 and has worked with Image Excellence since April of 2008. Kassie is engaged to Alex Boyle and they have two children Kira and Alex.

Lauren Stewart- Design/Development Artist
Lauren was raised in Cahokia, Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2009 with her B.A. degree in Mass Communications and Advertsing. She has worked at Image Excellence since December of 2007. Lauren is engaged to Brandon Ellis and will be married on 10/11/12.
